|STUDENTS SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH COMPUTERS AND SHOULD BE PREPARED TO LOCATE AND SCHEDULE A PROCTOR TO WRITE THE EXAM WITHIN THE 2 WEEK COURSE DATES. IT IS IMPORTANT TO CONTACT A PROCTOR ASAP TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
PVMA RULES for eligibility to take ONLINE RECERT The online recertification course cannot be taken consecutively (twice in a row). In-class recertification is required at least once in a 10-year period.
Only able to register for the course during the year that your UTT/UTW certificate expires.
The course is open to everyone but only those that have existing UTT/UTW certificates will receive renewals.
If your recertification has lapsed, then you will be required to take the in-class session to recertify.
There will be only one retake for the final online exam, a retake cannot occur priot to 30 days of the first attempt. If the student is not able to pass the retake exam, they will be required to take the in-class recertification.
