Vendor Registration Information

Interested in becoming a vendor at Fibre Week?  Below is a list of information you need to determine if our event is for you.  Space always goes fast, so be sure to register in March!

Registration & Fees

Vendor Sponsors in the Silver category and above will have a space reserved for them and will be asked to confirm by April 1. Other vendors must register by phoning our registration line, or using the form in the mailed brochure.

Registration is $200 + GST per booth

Location

The Merchant Mall this year is located in the W.J Elliot Building (or the Trades Building. Around campus staff may also refer to this as the “Ag Mech” building). Building #10 on the Olds College Campus Map.

Everyone is welcome to drop by and take a look at the many vendors that have come out for this event.

Booth Size 

Booth Size is 10' x 8'.  Multiple booths can be purchased for additional space.  Each booth comes with up to 2 large rectangular tables at the request of the vendor upon registration.  Please note, no half-booths or alternate tables are available.

Set Up:

Thurs, June 15, 1pm–5pm

Fri, June 16, 8:30am-12pm
 

Merchant Mall Open:

Friday, June 17:   Noon-6pm

Saturday - Monday, Jun 18 - 20: 10am – 6pm
 

Take down:

Mon, June 20, 6pm-9pm

Tues, June 21, 8:30am–12pm

Security

The Organizers will make every effort to ensure that there is a person present during mall hours to assist with security. Please bring cloths to cover your booth when you leave it unattended.
