The focus of this course is to develop the learner’s knowledge of the agricultural community and specifically of agricultural practices in Western Canada. The student will develop an appreciation for the time, input costs, and infrastructure required to support a variety of agricultural enterprises. In addition to identifying common breeds of livestock and farm equipment.
